Propel Your Reputation This Way is an ideal.  You likely can’t pull it off.  But if you do, it will make you a star.

Watch the video accompanying this post.  Imagine a video like this about you.
You’ll see a great example of video storytelling to showcase a brand and attract job applicants. Makes you want to work at JP Morgan with smart employees like the analyst featured here. They know how to showcase their brand — and their brand ambassadors. Look for my comments at the bottom of screen.
Several of my mentoring clients want to enhance their professional reputation.  This is certainly one way to do it.

  4. Think of natural ways to show actions, so you’re not just sitting.

If you’re looking for ways to elevate your profile, contact me:  bob@kaplitz.tv.  We’ll assess your strengths, determine how to build on them, and how others can see what makes you remarkable.  It won’t happen overnight.  It’s a process, but worth it.  Most employees put their noses to the grindstone, but don’t see themselves as personal brands.  You can.

Also, if you have an opportunity to talk about your company, take advantage of it.  You can learn from this example https://youtu.be/IXFVqT1qLMg
